Artificial acoustic sources can be used to determine airborne transmission paths.
Artificial vibration sources like a modal hammering machine, a pneumatic impact hammer or an electro-mechanical shaker can be used to determine the characteristics of the structure.
Artificial sound sources like a powerful noise generator in combination with an amplifier and loudspeakers can be used to determine the existing noise reduction of structures or a whole building.
We have successfully diagnosed shafting, bearing and machinery type noise and vibration problems in existing situations.
